Keeping a Journal

I'm encouraged to keep a handwritten journal that I carry with me for one of my Creative Writing classes, so I finally gave myself permission to get a gorgeous one from a line that I've been lusting after every time I go to the shops downtown that sell them.

In less than a day, I've filled nearly ten pages. Now, the pages are small and my handwriting is large, but it still means that having a journal I like has made a huge difference in my willingness to write in it.

So that's fun. I'll let you know if I find any gold among the dross.
